My first recipe from my new cookbook was chocolate chip cookies.
Seems easy and simple...and it was.
This recipe calls for the zest of 1 lime...it added a lot of flavor that I didn't think was possible from mixing lime zest into cookies.
DELICIOUS!
I'm pretty pleased with myself.
